
This class is for older athletes or those with pre-existing conditions who want to train without hard sparring or drills. We focus on on refining techniques that do not require great athletic skill or strength. We mix the constraints led approach with positional sparring to achieve maximum results for the specific goal. The music is up, and the ego is out.
